Reservations

For stays of 5 days or less, the deposit is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received more than 30 days from the date of arrival. Within 30 days of the arrival reservation date, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposit policies for stays longer than 5 days will vary and should be discussed with the Innkeepers.

Minimum stay required (2 Day Minimum in Guest Houses & Treehouse Fri/Sat Rental)
Smoking is not allowed
Limited accommodations for guest pets (Only in two guest houses with prior approval)
Limitations on children staying (Children under 12 in guest houses only.)
No childcare is provided
Consumption of alcohol is permitted
Deposit amount required (One night's charge for 1 to 3 days. Larger deposits required for longer stays.)
Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM

Jim teaches Chemistry at the local college and is an active Rotarian. He is involved in many civic activities. Paula works in computer software sales and also spends time gardening and caring for her herd of prize winning Shorthorn cattle.
